I wanted to know the current rules for fasting for seniors. What are our obligations? Especially for communion?

During Lent the the following is the rule for fasting:
For members of the Latin Catholic Church, the norms on fasting are obligatory from age 18 until age 59.
As for the one hour fast before communion, canon law states:
Can. 919 §3. The elderly, the infirm, and those who care for them can receive the Most Holy Eucharist even if they have eaten something within the preceding hour.
