Some dioceses or religious orders might prefer that their seminarians get their degree if they feel that the education is important to them.
The seminaries that I am familiar with will be understanding if you want to get your college degree first, but encourage you to enter the seminary sooner and not delay your vocation.
Some orders will even accept novices who failed to graduate from high school, and help them get a GED before entering seminary.

If you are in high school now, the best thing to do would be to discuss with your pastor that you are feeling prompted to inquire about pursuing priesthood.
