What are the sacraments that help us repair damage when we sin?

Like if I sin what are the sacraments that help me repair that

Well, confession immediately. I don’t think the sacraments help “repair” sin, if you mean in the sense of offering reparations. There are sacramentals, i.e., the rosary, the chaplet of divine mercy, as well as fasting, almsgiving, and mortification of the desires and flesh, which I believe are very efficacious.
 
Here are some Catechism paragraphs for you.

Baptism removes original sin and cleanses us from all stain of sin.
1263 By Baptism all sins are forgiven, original sin and all personal sins, as well as all punishment for sin.

The Eucharist remits venial sin.
1394 As bodily nourishment restores lost strength, so the Eucharist strengthens our charity, which tends to be weakened in daily life; and this living charity wipes away venial sins.

Penance restores man from any post-baptismal sin, even mortal sin.
1469 This sacrament reconciles us with the Church. Sin damages or even breaks fraternal communion. The sacrament of Penance repairs or restores it.

Confession and turning away from the sin. To confess sin or sins to me means that I repent and turn. I don’t know if we can repair whats been done, unless we forgive or make resitutions if our sin was theft, or like gossip , not gossip anymore. We have to have faith that once we repent from our heart and turn that we are forgiven of that sin, and go forward in life.

I just want to say that “not gossiping anymore” does nothing to repair the damage done by gossiping.

Gossip is like squeezing toothpaste out of the tube, once it’s out it’s out. By stopping, you still have the mess that you have made.

And that is what temporal punishment is all about, the process of purification.
The kid breaks the window, he seeks forgiveness and pays for the new window,!
