What are the "usual conditions" for a Plenary Indulgence?

The title is my question.

I just got a few rosaries in the mail, and they contain a little note saying a Plenary Indulgence is given when the rosary is prayed under certain circumstances and with the "usual conditions."

So, what are these usual conditions?

I think the conditions are confession; communion, & prayers offered up for the Pope’s intention.

The usual conditions for a plenary indulgence are (a) confession within a week (before or after); (b) reception of communion that day; (c) offered with the Pope’s intentions (generally, 1 Our Father, 1 Hail Mary, 1 Glory Be after the fact), (d) no attachment to sin (even venial sin); (e) said in a church or public oratory.

I think they’re explained pretty well here: ewtn.com/expert/answers/indulgences_conditions.htm

They’re actually a lot less restrictive (as to numbers of days for doing things) than I thought.
