What are the vestment colours for ordination?

what is the colour of the chasuble at an ordination? Of all the pictures I have seen these vestments are of some shade of white with decorative gold orphreys. my parish wants white with solid emerald green orphreys for an upcoming ordination.
 
Hi,

White is the basic color, although gold is also allowed. The Church doesn’t specify what color the decorations are. So you can go with the green. I suspect that your are writing from Ireland with your spelling of “colour.”
