I pray for both sides. It’s a complicated issue and it will take both sides if their will be peace. I will take a look at those videos when I get a chance. From what I can gather, the Arab Peace Initiative was drafted in March of 2002 and has not been accepted by Israel to-date.
The same month it was drafted, March 2002, 10 children were tragically killed by desperate Palestinians turned suicide bomber and 30 children were tragically killed by Israel. In April 2002 1 child was tragically killed by Palestinian gunfire and 46 children were tragically killed by Israel. Let’s move to April 2008 No Israeli children were killed but 22 Palestinian children were killed by Israel. May 2008 No Israeli children were killed but 5 Palestinian children were killed by Israel. Now these are the children, the most innocent of all. As of June 26, 2008 this year alone 6 Israeli children have been killed & 69 Palestinian children have been killed. Through these awful statistics, it is clear who the agressor is. I hope all will mourn the deaths of each child on both sides of the on-going conflict. Their names and date of deaths are listed on: www.rememberthesechildren.org. Please honor them and pray for them and the heart-broken families left behind. Please be motivated to help bring peace in anyway positive way you can.
I am all for anything which ends the daily violence against our Palestinian Christian brothers and sisters. I certainly hope & pray that the decision makers in Israel will open their hearts to God and accept any offer of peace.
