Today I am especially thankful for God for loving me and giving me the opportunity to over start again, despite a personal failure, recently.

I’m thankful for financial stability in retirement and still being able to help family and friends if needed. I’m also thankful for the many people who are abiding by the stay at home rules to slow down the spread of this virus.

I am thankful to God for today for:
waking up at 4:45AM this morning and being able to light a candle and turn the coffee maker “on”,
Praying my Rosary,
Going on an early morning walk with Chloe,
Looking at the rising Sun and saying “thanks” to God,
Eating breakfast of oatmeal prepared by my husband,
Realizing I am old and how fragile life is…Amen!

for waking up at 5AM, praying the Rosary, and listening to the internet Mass while sipping my coffee,
for being able to prepare a Sunday meal of gravy steaks with onions, a side dish of noodles, and homemade yeast rolls,
for joining my husband and Chloe for a nice, long walk in our neighborhood…Amen!
