I will be seeing my girlfriend in 1 week and spending over a week with her and her family!! I haven’t seen her in 3 months due to the virus so I’m very excited!
I’m thankful for the beautiful weather my state is experiencing, considering it’s above normal for this time of the year. I missed hearing the birds sing. And I’m thankful for my bishop for allowing Communion Services (no regular Mass yet) to start on Pentecost weekend. Slowly but surely!
I’m very thankful for God helping me to accept change. I found out that my priest, whose been at my parish for ten years is going to another parish in a neighboring diocese to be closer to his family. As a result, my parish is getting a new deacon who will serve as our pastoral leader and a priest celebrant. It’ll be hard to see Father go in August, but I can’t wait to see what our new deacon and priest celebrant will bring to our parish
I am thankful for the warmer weather and that they will open beaches in my state with restrictions on memorial day.
I am always thankful to God the Holy Trinity and Mary for giving me the respite I need.
