What are your cultural devotions?

I was curious as to what are some of the different traditions from culture to culture in church. My parish is pretty well diverse and I see a lot of different devotions taking place before, during and after mass. What are yours?

We have a special celebration and mass on Our Lady of Guadalupe day, December 12—the rosary and special hymns and plenty of tamales:D

After mass there are special hymns sung to Our Lady and Our Lord in Spanish.

I said on another thread that we have Las Posadas in December also—a novena of a processions in honor of the Holy Family seeking shelter for the impending birth of Our Lord. Another opportunity to eat plentifully of tamales:D
