In Addition to Catholic Answers, what are your 5 most favorite links to look for information on the web?

I’ll give mine later - give the rest of you a chance first.
 
Spirit Daily was a new one to me. It seems they post a lot of secular and protestant resources as well as Catholic ones, however.

i don’t use many bookmarks … just throw the key words into google and go from there to find the Catholic Encyclopedia, encyclicals, latin verb conjugator, CCC, etc
 
If I could edit my original post and title, I would change it to read What are your favorite CATHOLIC LINKS - but I goofed.

I have a whole file of Catholic links and have them sorted by categories - Apologetics, Doctrine and Canon Law, The Fathers, Church Documents, Catechisms and Bibles, Liturgy, etc. etc. There are about 10 I use frequently and another “bunch” less frequently.

It is my Library.
 
I visit Seattle Catholic pretty regularly also. I also like to visit www.freerepublic.com for general news and click on their Religion section to see what’s being discussed in religion and in the political scene.
 
Non-religious sources: For political analysis, nothing beats Real Clear Politics. A fairly complete listing of editorials (from both the left and right) from major newspapers and magazines.

“Seattle Catholic” seems to always have a “Ultra-Traditionalist” slant to things to me.
For instance, go to their “references links” and you will see that the new Catechism is not available as a link. Check it out:
seattlecatholic.com/links.html Yet they have the Catechism of Trent. This by itself is not bad, but very suspicious that they don’t have THE refernce book of the Church. This reminds of Tan Books…oh wait, they are linked to Seattle Times as well!

Or their “further reading” section where they are linked to known “Ultra-Traditionalists” as “Latin Mass Magazine” and “The Remnant”. Check it out: seattlecatholic.com/reading.html

Here is a snipet from “The Remnant”: “Dr. Thomas Droleskey: What exactly are we waiting for? What has to happen before so-called traditional Catholics will realize that it’s time to take a serious stand against the Novus Ordo “regime of novelty” of Vatican II?”

I am our parish webmaster and am constantly on the lookout for wonderful Catholic website. I have a page of “favorite Catholic links” organized by topic - saints / Catholic news / devotions / Scripture and Liturgy, etc.

This evangelization page has links to assist in the faith formation of the active Catholics who are asked to evangelize in their own environment and links for those who are curious about the faith and why we do what we do.

I hope to get some new resources to add to our treasure chest! What a great gift this forum is!!
