The movie and musical threads made me realize that sometimes it is one song that makes me love a particular show. Here are some of mine:
Astaire/Rogers: Pick Yourself Up
Astaire/Powell: Begin the Beguine

Kelly/Cyd Charisse: Heather on the Hill
Any of Rita Hayworth’s dances with Fred Astaire
Audrey Hepburn et al: I Could Have Danced All Night
“The Oneders”: That thing You Do (at the talent show)
Richard Dreyfus: Beethoven’s Emperor Concerto excerpts (movie: The Competition)
Kathryn Healy and partner: Nutcracker journey Through the Snow (movie: Six Weeks)

“I Love to be in America” dance ensemble from West Side Story.

“Moses Supposes” from Singing in the Rain with Kelly and McDonald, and McDonalds’ “Make’Em Laugh.”

When I saw the title of this thread that was the first thing that came to my mind. I love that one!

Wait…I think I misread the thread title. I thought it had to be song AND dance routines, not song OR dance routines. That changes my whole list.

Flower Drum Song- Love Look Away
Fiddler on the Roof- Tradition, If I Were a Rich Man

My Fair Lady- I Could Have Danced All Night
Music Man- Goodnight My Someone, 76 Trombones, The Wells Fargo Wagon

The sequence “When you’re Dancing” from White Christmas.
 
“Holiday Inn”(1941) and “White Christmas”(1954) have several great songs each. Also “West Side Story”(1961), “Bye, Bye, Birdie”(1964), and “How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying.”(1967).

Shirley Temple’s dance on the stairs with Bill “Bojangles” Robinson in The Little Colonel – utterly charming.

Kevin Kline’s “I am a Pirate King” and his trio with Rex Smith and Angela Lansbury “It Really Doesn’t Matter” from Pirates of Penzance

Not exactly a dance but surely well choreographed to be considered as one: the duel between Inigo and the Man in Black in Princess Bride.

I dare anyone to watch any of these and not be grinning at the end.
