I’ve been using the N.S.R.V Catholic Bible, But I was wondering which Bible version do eastern Catholics, such as Byzantine Catholics, Melkites, or Maronites use?

Liturgically, we (Ruthenian) use The New American Bible. For personal use, it varies.

I have a variety for personal use: RSV-CE, The New American Bible and the Orthodox Study Bible.
Like mentioned above, the Ruthenian Church uses the NAB.

I think it’s technically a unique version of the NABRE that Bishop Mansour edited for use in the US eparchies. Or, it is going to be… I can’t remember which. They are working on updated English translations of several things at the moment.
To the OP, if you are referring to personal Bibles, people just tend to use whatever their favorite version is. I use the NABRE, RSVCE and Jerusalem Bible depending on what I’m reading (to compare translations, diff notes, etc.).
The Syriac language Peshitta is (supposed to be) the official Bible version of the Maronite Church.
