Well, it sounds like your mind, heart, and soul are already Catholic! 👍 You are not “in” the Church, formally, and officially outside your present denomination or sect yet, but you sure don`t sound to me an heretic!*

This is a top book.The Miraculous Medal is commonplace, so it can easily be taken for granted. Some people do not know its history, and have not read accounts of the some of the astounding miracles obtained through its use.

I saw this posting yesterday morning. In the afternoon I went into the shed for a bit of a clean up. There are many books in there. There staring me in the face was: A Song for Nagasaki by Paul Glynn. (I did not even remember having a copy of this book). I will have a read of the book today. Paul Glynn is an Australian Marist priest.

I’m currently reading Pope Benedict’s book Jesus of Nazareth (part 1). I found this “just by accident” in the local library recently. I’m enjoying it and its helping me to understand the gospels better.

Thanks! I agree with the Church and long to join and take Christ in flesh and blood, soul and divinity but am waiting on God’s time.

I’m slowly going through Fatherless by Brian Gail as I find the time and inclination (it is a rather large book that I leave on my coffee table).

On my kindle, however, I’ve been reading Flesh a horror novel by Richard Laymon.

Purgatorio by Dante. After reading Inferno and then reading Purgatorio, the mercy of purgatory is really obvious and yes I know it is fiction.
