God also said: Let the waters bring forth the creeping creature having life, and the fowl that may fly over the earth under the firmament of heaven. And God created the great whales, and every living and moving creature, which the waters brought forth, according to their kinds, and every winged fowl according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. And he blessed them, saying: Increase and multiply, and fill the waters of the sea: and let the birds be multiplied upon the earth. – Genesis 1:20-22

The chicken, of course! God would not have created an egg to hatch and develop by itself, but He would have created a chicken to produce offspring.

Let’s consider this logically.
  1. The first meal of the day is breakfast.
  2. People don’t normally eat chicken for breakfast, but they do eat eggs.
  3. If the egg came first, and someone scrambled it, then that would be the end of the chicken-egg line.
  4. There has to be a source of the egg for this morning’s breakfast, as well as a source of eggs for subsequent breakfasts.
  5. Therefore, the chicken had to have come first.

That depends:

Did a reptile evolve a poultry egg?

Or did the chicken evolve from a reptile egg?

No. Not reptile. Poultry evolve from dinosaurs particularly the Theropods. DNA show the connection with the T-rex with modern day chicken.

There is no evidence to prove Dinosaurs are reptiles. Dinosaurs are more bird than reptiles.

With that in mind, the chicken came first.

But you are quoting a corrupted version of the Bible that has been compiled by the evil Catholic Church under Constantine as they sought to cover up the true Scriptures that originally said that Goddess brought forth the eggs as a sign of divine Feminine and that they would form the Rooster and the Hen. But those evil patriarchal Catholic men who masculinized Goddess tried to corrupt the original Bible and the Truth that the Egg Came First. :D:D:D

Doesn’t anyone read Dan Brown?
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Forgive me. I should have quoted the King James Version instead – if it was good enough for the Apostles, it should be good enough for everybody else 😛

As a pro-life people, we know that (chicken) eggs are exactly like chickens except for age.

What came first, the seed or the grass?

What came first, DNA or the parts that make us DNA?
