I know that if a non-Catholic goes to a regular Mass, he can do everything besides receiving Eucharist and reciting the Nicene Creed. How can I make going to a Tridentine Mass easier for my friend? What should she do when it comes time for the Eucharist? Thanks for the help!

A non-Catholic can recite the Nicene Creed at Mass if he agrees with it and is comfortable doing so. As for a Tridentine Mass, a non-Catholic may also do all that he is comfortable doing, with the exception of receiving Communion. Since individual blessings are not given during Communion time at a Tridentine Mass, during Communion at a Tridentine Mass someone who does not receive Communion should remain in his seat (and perhaps make a spiritual communion if he wishes).
