What can be eaten or drunk immediately after Communion?

Immediately after having the Communion at the end of the Mass, what is preferrable to start with: something to eat,something to drink Or anything?
 
Hi,

We don’t fast before receiving the Lord in the Eucharist because food is somehow corrupt or evil; we fast to honor the sublime experience of having the Lord with us in such an intimate manner. So we don’t have to eat anything that is special after receiving. It’s all about Him and not about our bacon and eggs or whatever we choose to eat. So eat whatever is appropriate for the time of day.
