Here it is, Sunday again. I want to do some “work” because it is fun for me. It’s the kind of work I do every day. It’s a bummer not to do it. However, it is my career we’re talking about me stopping, the stuff I do all day through the week as a job. What about doing the cool project I never get time for? That’s work related, but I never get around to it and want to. Can I read a book related to my career or does it have to be a completely different subject?

On the one hand, if it’s not something I dislike, is it work? I waste time all through the week and I don’t want to waste time today. On the other hand, it’s not “necessary” work and lots of people love their work and become workaholics, which isn’t balancing.

So, I guess my question is: What constitutes work on the Sabbath day?
