What can I do for my sister who has left the faith?

My sister converted to Mormonism even my parents and I are against it. She’s our youngest sibling (21 Years old) and i’m the eldest and working abroad to support them (education, food, etc). I tried to persuade her to go back to Roman Catholic but she is refusing but there’s not much i can do since i’m in another country. Is there a group or organization who can help me to try to revive her faith in RC? Is there any program/s given by our church in such case? How does RC handling the huge number of members converting to another religion?
