It seems like you got into the habit of dealing with difficulties by committing this sin. Now that you are dealing with various pressures, your thoughts are turning towards the way you used to deal with that. It may be worth looking into learning a better way of dealing with negative emotions like irritability and frustration.
Planning a wedding is wonderful in one way, and extremely difficult in other ways. There is a lot of stuff to do that you normally don’t have to do. Lots of decisions for which one feels unprepared. People to contact, bills to be paid, and all this can lead to stress.
So it does not seem surprising that you feel irritable while at the same time looking forward to the Big Day!
I would suggest getting some help with tension, etc. One thing that might help is to ask yourself what feeling are you having? I used to say that I felt stressed out, but when I started saying what, precisely, I felt, I ended up feeling better! If I could say to myself I feel scared because I have to do this thing I’m not good at, or I feel sad about someone’s illness, then I always ended up feeling calmer at least. It seems to be easier to focus on the specifics than on a generality.
ETA: also, it seems like you might not have actually sinned, just be en tempted strongly to sin. I am sure you know to pray for help through temptations, and don’t forget to include asking St Michael for his help. The devil loves to try to use our weaknesses to trip us up!
