I have seen a woman with lust several times I have deleted social media because of it but temptation gets to me. Will I go to hell? How can I stop? I believe 100% in god and have put my life in his hand and have all my faith in him. Please reply and help me.

Confess it. Everytime. I wouldn’t count each time, but if it’s several times a week, I’d go to confession every week. Listen to your priest, do the penance prescribed, & pray. Preferably in the presence of the Eucharist.

First of all, pray and ask the Blessed Mother to help you. You are right to avoid temptation whenever possible - quite often lust starts when we view something provocative. Try to stay away!

Second of all, realize that pretty much ALL of us struggle with this very sin. It’s a daily struggle. If you sin, sincerely repent right then and there, and move on. DO go to confession frequently. Get right back up again. Getting past this sin is difficult, but just remember that you are in good company. The key is be persistent - keep going back to Jesus every time you sin. Does your Father want you to run away when you stumble? No, he wants you to run to him and jump in his arms, just like many Earthly Fathers do, and TRUST HIM.

One thing I noticed in your post is that you seem panicked. Do not panic, do not fear. Pray every day and tell your Father what you are thinking, what you need help with. Don’t forget to thank him for all of your blessings as well. <3

The best thing you can do is seek guidance from a priest rather than the Internet.
 
Everyone has times of temptation. It doesn’t mean that we all need to panic. I woke up this morning having impure thoughts about my Fiance whilst it’s not ok it could be considered strange if i didn’t have these thoughts I know all I have to do is go to reconciliation and talk to the priest about it.
