What can you tell me about the Eucharist in other denominations?

How is Catholic Eucharist (that is, Holy Communion, not the Mass, per se), different from other denomination (eg Lutheran, Anglican, etc), and what is the basis for this belief. What are the Church documents that outline the Church’s teachings on this subject. Also, what is the Church’s position on Catholics receiving the communion from other denominations.
