What Chaplet is this?

Can some let me know what chaplet this is? It has a medal of St. Anthony at the end, but does not look like any of the St. Anthony Chaplets I have seen online. It also has a total of 10 beads: one separated from the nine.
 
Interesting. I have received similar chaplets to this one with identical crucifixes. One with Padre Pio and one of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. But both of the ones I have are 10 beads making them single decade rosaries and then have an 11th bead separate for the Our Father. I have to say that I’m not sure what this could be with only 9 beads there. Interesting.

It looks like a “niner” with a medal of St. Anthony on one end. They used to be indulgenced by the Catholic Church.
 
I have never heard of a “niner” chaplet! You learn something new every day! Thank you!
