ἦλθον, εἶδον, ἐνίκησα!

(Jk that’s Greek 😃 ).

I read & write Latin fairly well. I know some Greek, but it’s the Homeric variety–half a millennium more archaic than the NT koinē, and about as useful for reading the latter as you’d expect.

και σὺ, τέκνον;

(Idk what I’m doing I’m hyper right now lol)

There are far too many English Bibles floating around. It’s like anyone can write his own Bible.

I know.

I can read Latin fairly fluently and understand a little bit of it, if that helps to understand what I mean by “know?”

As long as you’ve covered the subjunctive, that should get you going. So important IMO.

Got my verb tenses mixed up.

Wha does the Greek from earlier say?

“και σὺ, τέκνον;” were Caesar’s last word, “And you, child?”

The one that lets me tell Jesus I love Him every day. English. Was trying to learn Latin, but, couldn’t grasp it. Have a blessed night or day.

Yes but half of the world’s population uses the Latin alphabet. But I prefer using Greek symbols in math and physics. The international Periodic table uses Greek and quite a bit of Latin.
