The Sacrament of Baptism has the first rank among the Seven Holy Sacraments, as it is the door by which the believer enters the church and has the right to partake in the rest of the Sacraments.

Speaking of tongues was indeed the sign of the Church but it was not consider part of the worship back in the day. One the first day of the week, the Apostles gather, reading Scripture, offering gifts, and breaking of the bread.

Speaking of Tongues is not part of worship. The earliest record we have of a Christian worship is from St. Justin Martyr, he wrote150 AD:

We do not consume the eucharistic bread and wine as if it were ordinary food and drink, for we have been taught that as Jesus Christ our Savior became a man of flesh and blood by the power of the Word of God, so also the food that our flesh and blood assimilates for its nourishment becomes the flesh and blood of the incarnate Jesus by the power of his own words contained in the prayer of thanksgiving.

The apostles, in their recollections, which are called gospels, handed down to us what Jesus commanded them to do. They tell us that he took bread, gave thanks and said: Do this in memory of me. This is my body. In the same way he took the cup, he gave thanks and said: This is my blood. The Lord gave this command to them alone. Ever since then we have constantly reminded one another of these things. The rich among us help the poor and we are always united. For all that we receive we praise the Creator of the universe through his Son Jesus Christ and through the Holy Spirit.

On Sunday we have a common assembly of all our members, whether they live in the city or the outlying districts. The recollections of the apostles or the writings of the prophets are read, as long as there is time. When the reader has finished, the president of the assembly speaks to us; he urges everyone to imitate the examples of virtue we have heard in the readings. Then we all stand up together and pray.

The eucharist is distributed, everyone present communicates, and the deacons take it to those who are absent.

The wealthy, if they wish, may make a contribution, and they themselves decide the amount. The collection is placed in the custody of the president, who uses it to help the orphans and widows and all who for any reason are in distress, whether because they are sick, in prison, or away from home. In a word, he takes care of all who are in need.

We hold our common assembly on Sunday because it is the first day of the week, the day on which God put darkness and chaos to flight and created the world, and because on that same day our savior Jesus Christ rose from the dead. For he was crucified on Friday and on Sunday he appeared to his to his apostles and disciples and taught them the things that we have passed on for your consideration.

The pattern in the Bible is same. They meet on the first day of the week, read, offer prayers, and break bread. That is how worship is done.

Well, Paul is speaking about tongues. Not using speaking of tongues in worship.

The footnotes from DR Bible states,

16 “Amen”… The unlearned, not knowing that you are then blessing, will not be qualified to join with you by saying Amen to your blessing. The use or abuse of strange tongues, of which the apostle here speaks, does not regard the public liturgy of the church, (in which strange tongues were never used,) but certain conferences of the faithful, ver. 26, etc., in which, meeting together, they discovered to one another their various miraculous gifts of the Spirit, common in those primitive times; amongst which the apostle prefers that of prophesying before that of speaking strange tongues, because it was more to the public edification. Where also not, that the Latin, used in our liturgy, is so far from being a strange or unknown tongue, that it is perhaps the best known tongue in the world.

It has nothing to do with worship. Worship is Liturgy. It is the Breaking of the Bread. My friend.

He using speaking of tongues as a means to spread the Word of God, so people would understand him.

To get back to what church is most Biblical. I think the church that has all the Gifts of the Holy Spirit working in it in some way is. The same Spirit that gave us the Bible is still working. Some Christians try to discount some of the Spirits works even to the point of saying some Bible passages are not for Christians today.
All the works of God have a time and place in the Church and build it up in some way.

That is a completely different topic. You would need to have THAT discussion with someone who actually speaks in tongues. I am discussing the historicity and whether tongues were a part of the early Christian worship, which they clearly were.

The Catholic Church is the Church that is spoken of in the Bible; thus, it is the Biblical Church.

It is also Biblical because everything it does is mentioned in the Bible, because everything mentioned in the Bible happens somewhere in the Catholic Church, and because the Scriptures are read out at every Catholic gathering, whether it be Mass, a Charismatic prayer meeting, a funeral, a wedding, Liturgy of the Hours, Rosary, Women’s League, Legion of Mary, Knights of Columbus, or Youth Group, etc. - not just a verse here or there, but large sections of Scripture, and then all of the other activities are Biblically oriented, as well.
