What constitutes a just war?

I have tried to find out the official Catholic response to the question “Is the Iraq war considered to be a just war based on the Catholic doctrine defining a just war?” for over three years! I have been ignored by Catholic apologists on this site. I have been ignored by Catholic radio. So, what the heck, let’s hear what the non-official take on the matter is.
