I didn’t watch the whole video, but that guy could be from any one of a number of churches, probably on the fundamentalist side.

I wouldn’t talk to them either, given the choice. I always give people like that a wide berth! 😛 However, if I had to, I’d probably stop at ‘yes, I do know Jesus, thank you’, and walk away. Quickly.
 
probably baptist or nondenominational.

And I’d not talk to him or say do you know the Church of Christ? It’s time to get serious about the Catholic Church. 😃
 
I would pray for them. This is the kind of thing that often turns people away from God, or makes them roll their eyes at Christians.

His assumption that those who go to football games put football ahead of God certainly does nothing to draw others to God.

Join me in prayer for the people who made this video and others like them?

yes i have been praying for them. i wish they would show the love of Christ instead of telling people they are going to hell.

Wow, talk about being judgmental. He reminds me of the Westboro Baptist Church. Maybe a little less aggressive.
 
Its a national street preaching group. It’s led by a guy who calls himself “James Preacher”. He is ex-mormon. He said he was converted away from Mormonism by someone who was very aggressive with him and told him he was going to hell. So now he is aggressive with everyone. From what i’ve seen there is no denomination he is affiliated with.

I don’t go to football games, but in my small (Bible Belt) town at a local event I had some Evangelical hunt me down (he saw my Miraculous Medal around my neck) gave me some tracts about salvation and tried to get me to say if I was “saved” when I responsed with I am Catholic, respect me and I will respect you, he said it was his duty to save me. :ehh: By that time there was 5 of these around me, one of them off duty sheriff,:rolleyes:

Needless to say, never been back to one of these so-called fun events and I still proudly wear my medal:)
