What did you have for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Are those the little cups from Dole? I love those things! My boss got me hooked on them.
These are Delmonte’s, but I bet they’re pretty much the same thing. I love them, too! They’re just the thing when I have a craving for something sweet during the day.
 
Breakfast: Genmai Flakes (Cereal made from brown rice), an orange.
Drink: a cup of coffee.

Lunch: udon (thick white noodles) with tempura vegetables (pumpkin, sweet potato, eggplant). 2 Sushi rolls.
Drink: Green tea and water.

Afternoon snack: piece of apple tart and Earl Grey Tea

Dinner: Nabe (Vegetables - leeks, Chinese cabbage, carrots, tofu, mushrooms, fish and chicken simmered in a bonita stock) , rice.
Drink: water
Dessert: mixed fruit (mango, pineapple, passion fruit, bannana) with vanilla icecream
Drink: Lemon tea

Breakfast: nothing (late getting up for mass) well, I had some water

Lunch: turkey and cheese w/mayo on a hard roll and Fritos and a ginger ale

Dinner: whatever mom’s making, going over for Sunday dinner, probably chicken

might have a cup of tea before dinner, too…
 
Breakfast: Oatmeal with honey and a cup of tea, 2 dried figs.

Lunch: Hot dog with saurkraut on a bun, broccoli on the side. Gatorade to drink. 3 dried figs for dessert.

Dinner: One slice fried breaded eggplant, spinach salad, and some french fries, with a diet, caffeine-free coke.
 
Breakfast: Protein shake

Lunch: Almonds and peanut butter

Dinner: Chicken caesar salad (probably)
 
Breakfast: Orange juice, red quinoa, sauteed Brussels sprouts (weird breakfast food, I know 😃 )

Lunch: Pasta with puttanesca sauce (one of the “joys” of being single is that when you make a recipe of something, you end up eating it 4 or 5 days in a row).

Dinner: Lentil soup, more Brussels sprouts (I bought one of those Brussels sprouts stalks – it was a great buy, and must have had at least 80 sprouts on it – good thing I like them!)

  • Breakfast: Fried Egg/Sausage/Cheese on Wheat toast
  • Lunch: Salmon, Pork, Beet/Apple Salad, Poached Pear and some other stuff I cannot remember.:eek:
  • Dinner: Double Cheeseburger, Fries.

Cheerios and coffee and cantaloupe for breakfast

Yogurt/cheezit crackers for lunch

Oreo cookies for a snack

Meatloaf /rolls/mashed potatoes/mixed veggies for dinner

Finished up son’s pumpkin pie ( I couldn’t leave all that on the plate, could I?)
Hot cocoa for a nighttime “snack”

Hmmm…not too unhealthy, but could be better, eh?
 
Breakfast: Hot cereal & OJ

Lunch: 1/2 tuna sandwich & a bowl of soup

Dinner: Pot roast, mashed potatoes, corn, garlic bread & applesauce. Cake & vanilla icecream for dessert.
(hey, I’m eating for two!)
 
Breakfast: coffee

Lunch: unfinished baby food (it was bannanas not too bad)

Dinner: 5 stuffed shrimp at work

Snack: 1/2 bagel

haven’t been eating much lately. Feeling pretty down. Don’t feel like cooking since my husband isn’t around.

usually my diet consists of a lot of chocatate, milk and coffee. My favorite things.
 
just read the other posts. The root word of diet is DIE!!! why are you all tormenting your bodies to be a shape that they are not? Eating to be healthy is one thing but extreme dieting??

I know I’m not one to talk, since I stress about 5 - 10 lbs. We just need to eat in moderation. A little sugar never hurts now and then.
 
Yesterday:

Breakfast: skipped breakfast because I took a shower

Lunch: Chicken and broccoli pot pie

Dinner: Banquet lasagna

Today:

Breakfast: cheese enchiladas and rice

Don’t know what will have the rest of the day

No weirder than cold pizza.
 
Breakfast: coffee, oatmeal my son didn’t finish, sourdough english muffin.

Lunch: open-faced turkey sandwich (hello, can you say Thanksgiving leftovers for 5 days?) and orange juice

Snack: diet coke with lemon

Dinner: will probably be tacos. I’m busy with laundry and Christmas decorations and don’t feel like fussing too much with dinner. Of course there is still leftover pumpkin or apple pie for desert. 🙂
 
Breakfast: 3 eggs over easy, two strips bacon, grits, cup of coffee.

Brunch: cup of coffee

Lunch: Heading for pizza.

Snack: probably coffee… don’t know yet.

Dinner: Hmm. I guess I should starting thinking…

dinner last night: chicken broccoli cheese potato soup.

breakfast this morning: a weight watchers cheese ricotta filled ravioli.

I’m about ready to go home and make some Ramen!😃

Valentine party today (with a cold glass of milk).

Lunch: Salmon/spinach lean cuisine

Supper: homemade spaghetti…YUMMY!! (with buttered
toast and salad on the side)
