Eric and Leslie Ludy are a Christian couple who have a strong message to the younger generation (although those of us over 30 can benefit as well
) to stay pure, give God the pen and let Him write your love story. They have a really beautiful love story about how God brought them together: setapartgirl.com/my-love-story.html
I’ve been debating whether or not to buy their book (When God Writes Your Love Story) for the past several days. I downloaded some free audio material from Leslie’s website (www.setapartgirl.com) about total consecration to Christ and devoting your life to Him (and not making Him just a small piece of your life). I have to admit that I like their message. While I like the idea of submitting this desire for marriage to God, I struggle with how proactive I’m supposed to be. I’ve seen Christian arguments for both and I’m so confused. Besides living my life and having a profile on one Catholic dating site, that’s all I’m doing.
Anyway, I’m digressing. . .what are your thoughts about the Ludy’s? Is there a Catholic equivalent?
