What do I do about a teen refusing the sacraments?

My 16 year old daughter has no interest in attending Mass or going to confession. She says she does not know what she believes and wants to “make up her own mind”. She has been raised in the faith by me and my family (her dad is not Catholic, although supportive of the faith) but began to balk at going to Mass about a year ago. I do not want to force her to participate in the sacraments when she does not believe in them, however, I do not want to abdicate my duty as her mother, either. She also says that Jesus is not “real” to her and she has no interest right now in finding out the truth. Obviously, this is very distressing to me. Help!
