What do I do about my son not wanting to attend Mass?

My 19 yr old son is drifting away from his faith and no longer goes to communion or confession. He does not want to attend Mass but I require it as a condition of living at home. I attend a traditional Mass 40 min. away and he has started going locally. I leave before he does and get home after he does. I don’t think he is really going. How should I handle this? How can I help him? I could use lots of advice and prayers for him.
