What do I do after a vasectomy?

I’m happily married 21 years. Blessed with three sons. My wife wanted me to have a vasectomy two years ago, which I did. I know it’s wrong and now am worried about my soul. Is asking for forgiveness enough in this case? Should I consider a reversal? We make love knowing we can’t conceive and I know this is wrong. Help! Thank you.

P.S. I’m new to this, so I don’t know if I’m going about this the right way.
