What do I do here re. no meat on Friday?

I am attending a business related banquet tomorrow night (14 March). I have been trying to find out the menu but that info is not available. What are my options if only meat is on the menu?
 
Hi,

You may eat everything, but the meat. If others notice this, all the better. It will be a good witness to the importance of putting Christ first, who on Good Friday put us first.
