What do i do if my baptismal certificate is lost?

Hello,
I have researched all the churches in my area and have even talked to the people in archives at my diocese and they cannot locate my baptismal certificate. My mother is 91 and my Godmother is 94, and they both say they recall my baptism day, however we cannot find any certificate. Do I have to be re-baptized?
