What do I do if Torah studies are leading me away from the Church?

I’m drawn to Old Testament studies, which has led me to Torah study. For months I’ve been gobbling up Torah and Hebraic roots information to the point that I’ve lost interest in going to Mass. Now I miss going to Mass. Is there a conflict or can I have both?

By “Torah studies” I presume that you mean that you’ve been studying the Hebrew Bible under the direction of a rabbi or within a Jewish Bible study group. In and of itself, there is nothing wrong with this, so long as you are not tempted to neglect your duties as a Catholic. As you have admitted that these studies have caused you to become disinterested in attending Mass, I can only recommend that you set them aside – at least for the time being – and focus on strengthening your faith as a Catholic. Only once you are secure in your own faith can you consider studying the beliefs and viewpoints of others.
