What do I do when the non Catholic family of a practicing Catholic arranges a non Catholic funeral for the deceased?

Can I, as a devout Catholic, go to this funeral? Am I in any way committing a sin?
 
Hi,

I see no harm in attending such a funeral. Since the family is not have a funeral Mass, I strongly suggest that you have a Mass offered for the repose of his soul.
