Honestly this is not much of an issue. Without more knowledge, I wouldn’t even guess that she’s being serious.

One of my female friends is always telling me that we (and basically her & every other girl she knows) are married. She’s not serious at all, it’s just a sort of in-joke that she has with friends.

However, if it makes you uncomfortable, simply tell her to stop. If she is your friend, she will.

If you want to keep this person as your friend, you should say that you greatly dislike this idea. If this person is your friend, you should say this much.
We all must learn sometime the importance of avoiding some people, who would cause us problems. You should consider if it would be best doing this in the case.
