What do I need to do to convert to the Catholic faith?

Hello,

I am a non-catholic married to a catholic. Our marriage has not been certified or blessed as part of the Sacrament.

I was baptised into Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) before I met my partner. I have been a regular church participant on Sundays for 10 years now and all my kids are baptised catholic.

I really would like to be converted into a Catholic.

What do I need to do and how is that possible? Please help.
