What do we do if all the candidates are problematic?

In the upcoming presidential election, what should a faithful Catholic do if there is no candidate who meets the requirements of the five non-negotiables? Is it morally permissible to vote for the candidate who is most in line with the non-negotiables, or would the right thing be to refrain from voting?
