What do we do without a priest for Confession?

When the priest is on retreat for a few weeks what do we do about confession? There is only one Catholic Church in town. Next town is 45 min away and they do not have scheduled confessions.
 
Hi,

If you commit a mortal sin, making an appointment and driving forty-five minutes each way is nothing compared to an eternity without God! If your sins are only venial, an act of contrition will do.
