 I would like to know the position of the church on my problem.

I married someone in the Catholic Church and we remained married for 13 years. We got divorced but never got an annulment through the church. We married other people but these marriages did not work. We are now back together. What do we have to do to be able to receive the sacraments again?

The short answer to your question is this – Go to confession. Here’s why:
I married someone in the Catholic Church and we remained married for 13 years. We got divorced but never got an annulment through the church.
Unless and until proven otherwise the Church presumes your marriage to be valid. Your civil divorce did nothing to change this.
We married other people but these marriages did not work.
These subsequent attempts at marriage were invalid.
We are now back together.
As far as the Church is concerned you are still married so it is good that you are back together.
What do we have to do to be able to receive the sacraments again?
Since you’ve clearly been away from the Church and done some things that married people shouldn’t do you need to go to confession.

(Note: You may also need to contract marriage again civilly for legal reasons but your reconciliation with Church need not be delayed by this.)

Welcome back!
