If your point is that those who attempt the ordination of women are excommunicated, then you are quite correct. If your point is that “liberals” are excommunicated, then you are dead wrong.

Just to say, for the zillionth time, “Liberalism” is not a philosophy, heresy or movement recognized by the Church. On the other hand, it is a label used by many for things they don’t like - things which are quite often within the valid interpretation of the Magisterium, and Catholic thought. Hence the word is best avoided (except perhaps in genuine scholarly discussion, as by Benedict above)
And it’s not just me that has said this, over-and-over in this thread. I acknowledge the OP, and all the others who have been making the same point.
