What do you do if a saints name pops into your head?

I’d say,
Saint (name of the Saint who popped in your head) pray for us.
And then I might look up a prayer associated with the Saint and read a little about him out her.
It’s not just you and it’s not just your brain because I’ve had it happen.

I don’t think I have ever had that happen, but it couldn’t hurt to ask for that Saint’s intercession if it happens to you.
 
It’s St. Expeditus whom I have prayed to in the past.

Funnily enough he is patron of/against procrastination.
 
Saint Charbel, intercede for Nelka so that he finds relief from his trouble.
