Yes of course. Although the exposed Eucharist in the monstrance helps to focus the mind on who is truly there in front of you, but yes the reality of the sacramental presence of Christ whether exposed or in a closed tabernacle is the same. A quiet church is helpful and this isn’t often the case, but sitting in silence in front of a closed tabernacle is effectively the same, Christ is there…Thanks Brendan
By the way, how about during times when the Holy Eucharist is not exposed outside, like just praying to Jesus who is hidden in the Tabernacle. Can we also get the same inspiration during this time?
