What do you do when you see women's underwear at Mass?

Sometimes at Mass there are female extraordinary ministers of holy Communion wearing pants. Got no objection on that. However, sometimes the pants material is like a jersey that clings to the skin and I can see the outline of their underwear. Forgive me, but this bothers me. What can be done?

Suppose you were walking down the street and saw this. Suppose you were passing a female colleague at work and saw this. What would you do? My guess is that you would, and should, quickly avert your eyes and not dwell on the matter. Do the same at Mass.
