If you have a disagreement with your pastor, who is also your acting bishop (diocesan administrator) and judicial vicar, are you just out of luck? Is there nowhere you can turn for an unbiased resolution?
If an immediate resolution is not necessary, it would probably be best to set aside the disagreement until a new bishop is installed in your diocese. If time is of the essence, then consult with the St. Joseph Foundation, a Catholic apostolate that specializes in matters of canon law.
