What do you envision Heaven to be like?

Honestly, I really don’t…I know that sounds weird but I just do not think there is anything my feeble limited human mind can conjure up that would be any comparison to what lies in store for us.

I am thinking of it as the worlds best surprise Christmas present you unwrap in which you have nooooo idea whats inside…but you know it is gonna be great.

There seems to be a controversy about heaven. Isn’t there supposed to be a new heaven and a new earth? Aren’t we going to spend this eternity on the new earth?

my wife, my family, my ancient relatives

quite a thing to stride for

go to confession, attend Mass & say the Rosary; that is what is required

makes me wonder if the things we love to do on earth are we able to do in heaven? will there be a material sense on the new earth we are suppose to live.

Also will earths history be captured and if you can visit any time frame in the world and actually be there to see how things unfolded. Like the scripture says nothing will be hidden in the light.
 
Since Heaven is spiritual place, it is hard to imagine. I guess I envision some cosmic space thing and a sort of circle of people and nobody moves. Might be because of Dante.

i i talked about this oncet with a priest

he said “every thing” you need to be happy will be provided for you in heaven

SO; work hard, confess your sins, receive the eucharist & AND LEAD A CLEAN CHRISTIAN LIFE

i accept your vision of heaven

every thing you need to be happy will be provided for you in Heaven

so work hard to get there, shipmate…

i will do my best to attain the eternal goal

Heaven is seeing God face to face. That view is so intoxicating and we are filled with joy… Then we are at a mass, a feast with the best of everything and the love and friendships are a constant thrill. This goes on for ever and ever. I don’t see it. I can start to feel it.

Well… according to some private revelations I read, Jesus is the New Heaven and the New Earth.
