I have various favorites.
Have always liked Hawaiian with ham and pineapple.
I also like the Pizza Hut Supreme pizza.
A weird one I got turned onto in Sydney, Australia is feta, anchovies and pineapple, maybe throw in some black olives.
CPK used to do an awesome pear and gorgonzola.
My normal go-to is cheese, or cheese and pepperoni.
i do NOT like “meat lovers”, stuffed crust, “Chicago style”, any kind of limp crust served outside the 5 boroughs of NYC, or any pizza with abnormal stuff on it like tacos, burgers, chicken, or BBQ anything (with the sole exception of CPK pear and gorgonzola, mentioned above).

i used to be a be “pepperoni” person
but i’ve since learned that, while tasty, pepperoni is largely fat & grease
i do mostly “black olive, mushrooms and/ or onions” these days
is that “healthier”? not quite sure…

I generally make my own pizza from scratch, and the toppings vary.
I do always use Mozzarella, Provolone, and Parmesan cheese.
I never use pineapple, because I do not like it on pizza.
The weirdest topping I have ever used was ground bear meat.

I’ve had pineapple 
and regular bacon on s pizza. It’s not bad.
But, I recently saw a video of an Italian comedian instruct American mothers to smack their kids with a wooden spoon to stop them from putting pineapple on their pizzas.
