Definitely a Priest!

No Priest, no Eucharistic Liturgy.

Holy water, Stations of the Cross, Relics in an Alter. Stained glass window stories are good too.

I like churches that have plenty of statues, art, and stained glass. Pews with kneelers and the tabernacle in the center & visible too. A high altar is a bonus.

I love the older styles of churches that have those things I mentioned like Sweetest Heart of Mary, St Joseph Oratory, and St Josaphat’s in Detroit Michigan, and also St John Cantius in Chicago ILLinois. I feel like I am in a church not an all purpose place that just happens to have a few statues, stations of the cross on the wall, a stained glass window etc. I’ve been to homes of people with much more Catholic items in them like pictures, crucifixes, and small statues all around compared to some contemporary style Catholic churches

I think any main altar of sacrifice in a church is a “high altar” by definition.

A side-adoration chapel that open each day from morning to night. Something I come to appreciate when the church staff chase us out from the Holy Rosary Cathedral of Vancouver at 6pm each day – you know, when I do my private evening LoTH?
