What do you say to a Latter-day Saint?

I would say

“I’ll read your stuff and then you can read my stuff. I have some great pamphlets about the Byzantine Catholic church and the pope right over here…”

Ten bucks says they will haul out of there.
 
I liked this article a lot. Good things to think about.

Actually, I had an interesting conversation with some missionaries who came to the door a few months ago. They were shocked to find out that even after I read the Book of Mormon, attended church with them for a while, and studied with some other missionaries, I eventually decided that I wanted to become Catholic. Many of these people are very shocked that someone could begin to explore their church and ultimately decide not to convert. I would actually like to talk to more of them for longer periods of time… it’s good to engage in this debate to strengthen your own faith. 👍
