I wonder how can you discern what Jesus is trying to say when He performs an Eucharistic miracle. I mean nowadays.

I’M REALLY PRESENT, PEOPLE!
He’s helping us along, “proving” to the weak of faith and non-believers that He is in fact here, that the Holy Eucharist is Him and not bread.

I truly believe that out of love and mercy, once in a long while - under circumstances know only to Him, He allows a Eucharistic miracle to occur so as to remind us “I Am here”.

The patron saint of Joy was advised to stay away from such things, and in turn he advised others to do the same. There are other saints who have made the same recommendation.
Are there any saints who recommend running off after such things and seeking folks who have had visions?

No true Catholic suggests running after visionaries. Miracles do happen, however, and there’s nothing wrong with acknowledging them.

Yet numerous Saints had visions themselves.
I’m not saying to blindly accept every “vision” someone has, just that there are many that are valid and they shouldn’t be condemned. No Saint has denied this, but they strongly advised caution and discretion, and leaving the matter up to the Church (of course).

Right: Remain cautious. If the Church gives the OK, there’s no problem with acknowledging the vision(s) and applying the messages to life. Saints (who give warnings) also quote other Saints with their visions (approved).
Our faith isn’t supposed to be dependent upon visions and miracles, but God gives them for a reason, whether to help a certain individual or a group of people.

A Eucharistic miracle is when the host bleeds, or changes to flesh, or when during a flood in the middle ages, the water parted as the red sea as to save the Eucharist. And I do think we should run to, not away from the Eucharist and it’s miracles. And Eucharistic miracles usually happen to alleviate doubt of some fallen priest, or parishoners!! Go to Eucharistic adoration! It changed my life, from nazi, to compassionate, catechizer, and warrior of the Eucharist!!!

The bishop gave ok, but in the parish where the event took place, nobody seems to know what to do with it or why it happened there.

The same as He has said since he instituted the sacrament and that is, this is the new and everlasting covenant, to be given up for you.
